1. Each Raffle ticket may be purchased for $20.00. Title to the property shall be taken in the name as it appears on the registration form. Title to the property shall be in the name on the Raffle ticket registration form and is not transferable or assignable.
  2. No more than 2,500 tickets will be sold. The directors and officers (and their designees) of the Pocatello POW*MIA Awareness Rally Corp. are the only ones approved to provide the sale of raffle tickets.  They are also available online at www.powmiarodeo.org/2010raffle .
  3. The prize is one (1) 2009 Harley-Davidson® FXD motorcycle (ARV $13,028) (“Prize”). The Prize consists only of the item specifically listed as part of the Prize and does not include additional options, license, insurance, title transfer fee, or registration fees. All federal, state and local taxes are already paid by the POW*MIA Awareness Rally Corp.
  4. The winner must take delivery of the Prize within 60 days of the drawing held at the POW*MIA Awareness Rally and Motorcycle Rodeo on July 31, 2010.  After 60 days there will occur a $10 a day storage fee and after 90 days the unclaimed Prize will revert back to the POW*MIA Awareness Corp.  Free local delivery can be arranged within 60 miles of Pocatello if necessary.  All other delivery costs are the sole responsibility of the Prize winner.
  5. Entrants need not be present to win.
  6. If the winner is not present at the drawing they will be notified by certified mail no later than August 6, 2010.
  7. This Raffle is open to people 18 years of age or older at time of Raffle ticket purchase. Members of the POW*MIA Awareness Corp. and the Board of Directors are eligible to participate.  Board Members must purchase tickets from another Board Member or officer.   Raffle will be drawn by a third party who has no vested interest.
  8. By accepting the Prize, winner agrees to hold the POW*MIA Awareness Corp., their representatives, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, as well as their respective affiliates, officers, directors, agents, employees and assigns (“Released Parties”), harmless against any and all claims arising out of use or misuse of the Prize and acknowledges that Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Prize including, but not limited to, its quality or availability, except in regard to Sponsor and the standard written warranty which is transferable to the winner of the Prize.
  9. inner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of the Prize. Our insurance coverage will terminate upon acceptance or delivery of the Prize.  At that time, all responsibility of insurance coverage will belong to the winner.
  10. The purchase of the Raffle ticket is not a tax deductible contribution.
  11. Proceeds of the Raffle are for the benefit of Sponsor.

  13. The name of the winner will be announced during the half-time of the motorcycle rodeo at our event and will be published on our website, Facebook page and Twitter account.
  14. Prize is non-transferable.
  15. Offer void where prohibited.
