Greetings Veterans and Fellow Patriots:

Reminding everyone that our monthly General Membership meeting is one week earlier than normal this month. It will be this Friday, May 10th at 7:00pm at Liberty Hall. We will be welcoming a new member to our ranks. I always love having someone new to join our association. We will also be setting up for our Community Fundraiser which is taking place on Saturday, May 11th from 8:00am to 1:00pm. We impart a lot of information at these meetings, so I hope you are able to attend to hear what we have busy accomplishing.

Bring out your BAGS! Grocery sacks, that is. We can always use your extra grocery bags for the items people pick up from the community fundraiser to carry their items out. After the fundraiser on Saturday, we will also need assistance to disperse the leftover donation items. As of this date, we have not been able to contact anyone to pick those items up so we will need to take them to our local donation centers. This takes quite a bit of help.

Things are starting to move and it seems like there is always something on the horizon for us to take part in. I always welcome help and if you are interested in something specific, please reach out to me. See you on Friday evening!

Please read the April General Membership Meeting Minutes, so we will be able to take a vote to accept or amend them. Keep an eye on the calendar and Facebook for all of our events.
